Boneless chicken- 200 gms
Hung curd- 4 tsp
Ginger-Garlic paste- 1 tsp
kashmiri red chilli powder- 1 tsp
garam masala powder- 1 tsp
cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
coriander powder -1/2 tsp
salt to taste
Refined oil- 2 tsp
1 bowl of onion, capsicum and tomato, cut in squares
Bamboo skewers- 2
Instructions
Marinate the boneless chicken with curd, salt, garam masala powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and ginger-garlic paste for 5-6 hrs in the refrigerator.
Keep the bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.
Cut the onions, capsicum and tomatoes in square shapes. Then take out the chicken from the refrigerator.
Take a skewer, prick the onion, then the chicken, capsicum, once again the chicken, tomato and repeat this process again. Make the other skewers in the same process.
Put the microwave in the grill mode, brush the chicken with oil and grill both sides for 20 mins.
Serve them hot!
