Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1cup Kashmiri rajma
  2. 2tsp ginger garlic paste
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 1tometo chopped
  5. 1cup grated coconut
  6. 1cup rice
  7. 1tsp rajma masala
  8. 1red kashmiri chili powder
  9. Salt to taste


  1. First qe soak rajma overnight then cook in pressure cooker for 3to4 whistles
  2. Then qw make gravy with tomatoes and onions and grated coconut in grinder
  3. Now heat oil in pan put cumin seeds let them crackle add hing add ginger garlic paste saute for a while
  4. Add gravy for rajma and all dry masala saute till it left oil on aside
  5. Now add boiled rajma and mix well and cook with cover just 5mints
  6. Now cook rice in other rice cooker and serv steam hot plain rice qith rajma
