Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 1/4 cup pumpkin puree.
  2. 1/2cup non diary milk.
  3. 3tablespoon veg oil
  4. 1tablespoon lime juice.
  5. 1/4cup honey syrup.
  6. 1/2cup granulated or daily use su2
  7. For dry ingredients.
  8. 2 cup all purpose flour
  9. 1/2cup whole wheat ata flour.
  10. 2.5tablespoon baking soda
  11. 1/2tsp baking powder.
  12. 1/4 tsp Salt.
  13. 1tablespoon cinnamon powder.
  14. 1/2tsp ginger and a dashed of ground clove.and 1/2tsp of nutmeg powder.
  15. For pumkin turmeric layer.
  16. 1tablespoon turmeric powder.
  17. 1tablespoon water
  18. For chocolate layer.
  19. 3tablespoon cocoa powder.
  20. 2tablespoon warm water.
  21. 1/2vanilla essence.

Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine all the wet ingredients like pumkin puree,honey syrup,non diary milk,lemon juice,and sugar.combine all the ingredients,and mix until the sugar is well mixed and combined.
  2. In another bowl,mix all the dry ingredients,add to the wet ingredients as given in first step,and mix until combined,the batter should be thick.and should not be thin.
  3. Divide the batter into equal parts in two bowl
  4. In one bowl, add turmeric mix in 1tablespoon water and mix in.in this point you can mix peanut pistachios,
  5. In another bowl,add the cocoa powder,vanilla essence,and water and mix it properly.
  6. Layers the batter in a baking pan,i put the cocoa batter mix, in one layer,and tumeric batter in second layer.sprinkle the chopped peanut and pistachios over the rop of the layer batter cake and finely fix the batter properly inside the baking tin.
  7. Preheat the oven and bake in 365 degree f /180 degree celcius for 55 to 60 min. Until the toothpick come out clean.
  8. Cool completely for 5min. Before slicing.
