Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups makhane
  2. 100 gm gur
  3. 1 tsp ghee
  4. 1 tbsp red chilli powder

Instructions

  1. Dry roast makhana in a kadai
  2. Take it out in a plate
  3. Now melt gur with ghee and chilli powder
  4. Add roasted makhane and mix it well
  5. Cool it and separate it
  6. Store in a airtight jar
