Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Suji 1 cup
  2. salt to taste
  3. curd half cup
  4. black pepper 1 teaspoon
  5. chop capsicum half cup
  6. chopped onions half cup
  7. boiled potato 2
  8. chopped green chillies 2
  9. grated Ginger 1 teaspoon
  10. Garam Masala 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. take a bowl add suji and curd
  2. add water and mix well
  3. keep it aside for 30 minutes
  4. meanwhile take a wok and heat oil
  5. add onions and Capsicum
  6. add green chillies and Ginger
  7. saute well and add the spices
  8. then heat up a pan
  9. take some of the mixture and make wrappers of it
  10. place some of the mixtures on the sheet
  11. fold them in the shape of pockets
  12. then grill them
  13. serve hot
