Baked Potato Roses

Ingredients to make Baked Potato Roses

  • 5-6 small sized potatoes
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp dry mint leaves
  • salt according to taste
  • Black pepper according to taste

How to make Baked Potato Roses

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes. Then slice them with a potato chips cutter. Let them rest in cold water. Then sieve and pat dry on a kitchen towel.
  2. In a big bowl mix the melted butter, rest of the ingredients and the potato slices.
  3. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees celsius. Also grease a muffin tray and set the potato slices in it in a rose shape.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or till it's colour changes.
  5. Then remove and serve it hot with your favourite sauce.

My Tip:

You can make it more flavorful by adding garlic paste and some more spices.
