Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 3 katori poha
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 1 chopped carrot
  4. 1 chopped green capsicum
  5. 1 chopped red capsicum
  6. 1 chopped yellow capsicum
  7. 1 tea spoon chat masala
  8. 1 tea spoon jeera powder
  9. 1.5 tea spoon red chili powder
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. 1/2 tea spoon sugar
  12. 1 tea spoon amchur powder
  13. 1 katori soaked peas
  14. 1-2 green chilli
  15. Oil for frying
  16. Water for mixing
  17. Green coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Rinse poha and cover and keep for 10-15 minutes
  2. Chop all veggies
  3. Mix all spices and veggies in poha
  4. Make small balls or flat form and fry in oil till golden brown
  5. Poha bhajiya ready to serve with chutney
