ABOUT Apple salad RECIPE

Hi all, I adopted this recipe from one of my friend. It is a healthy and crunchy snack. It is too good for your gut. Try it out and let me know how it turns out for you.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Apple one medium size
  2. Honey one teaspoon
  3. Dry fruits - cashew, almonds and walnuts each 5 nos
  4. Pepper powder one teaspoon
  5. Salt as per Ur taste
  6. Curd 0ne cup

Instructions

  1. First cut apple in to small cubes and keep aside.
  2. Next dry roast dry fruits in a kadai till nice aroma comes and transfer it to a plate and allow it to cool. Grind roasted nuts coarsely in a mixie.
  3. Take one cup of curd in a bowl and beat it smoothly.
  4. Add salt and pepper powder to the beaten curd and mix well.
  5. Then add powdered dry fruits in to the curd and mix well.
  6. Finally add honey and chopped apple to the curd mix and mix well.
  7. Yummy and healthy apple salad is ready to serve.
