ABOUT Apple, sweet lime & Lettuce salad RECIPE

A cooling salad to beat the October heat.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. One finely chopped apple
  2. 2tbsp grated carrot.
  3. 3 tbsp finely chopped cabbage.
  4. 1 chopped sweet lime.
  5. Some pomegranate pearls.
  6. some handbroken lettuce leaves.
  7. salt to taste.
  8. little pepper powder.
  9. Coriander leaves for garnishing.

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take all ingredients together.
  2. Add salt, pepper powder & coriander leaves.
  3. Mix properly. Serve cold.
