Lettuce salad with lots of veggies and healthy for weight loss

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Lettuce - 8- leaves
  2. Red capsicum - 1- whole
  3. Yellow capsicum - 1- whole
  4. Broccoli - 1/4- of whole
  5. Beetroot- 1/4- of whole
  6. Olive oil- 3- tablespoon
  7. Vinegar - 1- tablespoon
  8. Salt - 2- taste
  9. Crushed black pepper - 1 - teaspoon
  10. Oregano - 1- teaspoon
  11. Chilli flakes- 1/2- teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Cut all the veggies into slices and tear the lettuce
  2. Add lettuce in cold water for few minutes
  3. Add olive oil and vinegar in separate bowl and mix them properly and salt black pepper oregano chilli flakes and mix
  4. now serve with all the veggies on plate and drizzle the dressing on the top and enjoy..........
