Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients to make Lettuce Wraps

  • Lettuce 1
  • 1/4 cup carrot juliennes
  • 1/2 cups red, yellow, green bell pepper juliennes
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated paneer
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • oil 1/2 tsp

How to make Lettuce Wraps

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, once it is hot, add onions and the remaining vegetables. Saute all the vegetables. Add grated paneer to it.
  2. Add salt, black pepper to it and saute it.
  3. Add vinegar, soya sauce and saute it. Once it is completely cooked, allow it to cool.
  4. Take fresh lettuce leaves and fill the stuffing prepared into it and roll it.
  5. Heat a non stick pan and roast the rolls from both the sides. You can use oil if required. Your lettuce rolls are ready.
