  1. 500gm til
  2. 1 kg khajur
  3. 50gm almond
  4. 50gm kaju
  5. 50gm akhrot
  6. 100gm dessicated coconut
  7. 20gm poppy seeds
  8. 2 bowls makhane

Instructions

  1. Roast til
  2. Add dessicated coconut, poppy seeds and roast it
  3. Grind all dry fruits
  4. Take mixer add all the above and put khajur in it and grind
  5. Mix it well and make small balls energy ladoo ready
