Ingredients to make Farali Brownie

  • Farali cookies, crumbled (available in the market specially for fasting) 1 cup
  • 1 cup water chestnut flour (shingoda flour)
  • 1 cup sugar powder
  • 1/2 cup coffee powder
  • 2 tbsp mixed dry fruits powder
  • 2 tbsp fruit essence
  • 2-3 drops of milk
  • A pinch of baking soda
  • Vegetable oil to grease

How to make Farali Brownie

  1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients together and prepare a cake like batter.
  2. Take a mould, grease it with oil or vegetable oil, pour the prepared batter in it and bake it in the microwave for 2 minutes, till it is baked properly.
  3. Serve it with chiku ice cream.
