Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Lobia- 2- cup
  2. Onion- 3- units
  3. Ginger- 3- inch
  4. Green chillies- 6- units
  5. Salt- 2- tbsp
  6. Oil- 3- cup
  7. Curry leaves- 3- strands
  8. Coriander leaves- 1- hand full
  9. Suji- 2- tbsp

Instructions

  1. Soak lobia for 4 hrs.
  2. Strain away the water with the help of colander and grind into a coarse paste without adding any water.
  3. Grind ginger and green chillies into coarse paste.
  4. Mix everything well without adding water and fry (deep fry or shallow fry according to your desireness.
  5. Serve with any chutney or even tomato ketchup.
