Ingredients to make Lobia Ke Kababs

  • 1 cup white or brown Lobia
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying
  • 1 handful coriander chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 5 green chillies
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1tsp chat masala powder
  • paneer optional

How to make Lobia Ke Kababs

  1. Soak lobia overnight
  2. Next day grind it with little water, green chillies into a fine paste
  3. Then remove it in a bowl add salt, garam masala powder, chat masala powder, coriander chopped, onion chopped.
  4. Mix well
  5. Then give a shape of kababs an deep fry it
  6. serve hot

My Tip:

If you want to give a rich look add paneer, mash it and then add to the lobia paste . Dry fruits can also be added to the paste.
