Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 10Oats- 1- 100g
  2. Peanut- 2- 10g
  3. Jeera- 3- 5g
  4. Chana dal- 4- 5g
  5. Coriander leaf- 5- 10g
  6. Lemon- 6- 1piece
  7. Salt- 7- 8g
  8. Peanut oil/ghee- 8- 10g
  9. Turmeric- 9- 5g
  10. Green chilli- 10- 2piece

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan
  2. Put jeera in pan let it crackle And add green chilli
  3. Add peanut and let it crackle
  4. Add soaked oats add salt little bit of turmeric stir well for 1 minute
  5. Turn off the gas.... Add lemon juice and add chopped coriander leaf. Mix well..... Serve hot
