Ingredients to make Vegetabel oats poha.

  • 1 cup thick poha
  • 1 onion choppd
  • 1/2 cup masala oats
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cup boiled green peas
  • 2 green chilli
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp greated ginger
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped Corander
  • Sev as required
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice

How to make Vegetabel oats poha.

  1. Heat oil in kadhai
  2. Add oil and mustard seeds and crackle them first.
  3. Add onion and green chilli saute them until onion become translucent.
  4. Add created ginger and turmeric powder mix well.
  5. Now add capsicum,green peas and tomato and salt saute again.
  6. Meanwhile wash and drain poha
  7. Now add masala oats and poha stir well.
  8. Cover and steam the poha for 2-3 minutes.
  9. After 2 minute check cooking and give a stir.
  10. Turn of the flame.
  11. Sprinkle some lemon juice,coriander and sev.
