Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2cup poha
  2. 1 carrot
  3. 1capcicum
  4. 2small size onion
  5. 1 tomatoes
  6. 3to4 beans
  7. 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
  8. 2spoon lemon juice (optional)
  9. 2 whole red chilly
  10. 6to7 curry leaves
  11. 1/2 spoon mustard seeds
  12. Salt as per taste
  13. 1/2 spoon turmeric powder
  14. 1/2 spoon redchilly powder
  15. 1/2 spoon chat masala
  16. 2spoon oil


  1. Take a wok heat it add oil heat it add mustard seeds curry leaves 2 whole red chilly and toast for 1mintues
  2. Chop all vegetable and add in to the wok and cook for 3to 4 minutes
  3. Add all spices and cook
  4. Soak poha for 1mintue
  5. Mix soak poha into vegetable and mix well cook till it becomes dry add lemon juice and ready to serve
  6. Serve with green chutney or ketchup
