Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boneless chicken-1-Bowl
  2. Green chilli-2-Chopped
  3. Garlic-2-Chopped
  4. Sesame seeds-1-Tbsp
  5. Peprika powder-1-Tbsp
  6. All spice powder -1-Tsp
  7. Cumin powder-1-Tsp
  8. Chopped onion-2-Tbsp
  9. Anardana dried crushed-1-Tbsp
  10. Bread crumbs-2-Tbsp
  11. Chopped raisins-1-Tbsp
  12. For Spaghetti Pie, Spaghetti -2-Packet
  13. egg-2-Whisked
  14. Corn flour-1-Tbsp
  15. For greasing, maida-1-Tbsp
  16. Corn flour-1-Tbsp
  17. Butter-1-Tbsp
  18. Grated cheese-1-Bowl
  19. Salt -1-For full recipe
  20. Vegetable oil-1-Bowl or as needed for full recipe

Instructions

  1. Take boneless chicken, garlic, ginger, green chilli and sumac powder 2. Add salt, all spice and white sesame seeds
  2. Add peprika, cumin, chopped onion and dried crushed anardana 4. All in a mixer jar and fine grind this

  4. Now add bread crumbs, coriander and raisins and mix well
  5. Now make small balls of this 7. Heat oil in a pan and fry this, when done keep aside
  6. Boil 2 litre water with oil and salt
  7. Add spaghetti and boil, when done strain hot water and keep aside to cool
  8. Add chilli flakes, corn flour, egg, Parmesan cheese mix well
  9. Now transfer in already greased pie dish, press and spread evenly
  10. Take corn flour, maida, butter in a bowl and mix well
  11. Now grease this better over the pie and bake this in preheated oven for 180* for 25-30 mins
  12. When it’s done, spread pasta sauce in the base, arrange French fries, grated cheese, cheese slice and fried balls
  13. Sprinkle chilli flakes and sumac powder over this 16. Again bake till done
  14. Now sprinkle some cheese and Coriander over the top when hot and serve
