#bbkiholi Panna Cotta is a Italian dessert and without thandai the Holi is incomplete, so I made this fusion recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Milk-2-Cup
  2. Thandai powder -2-Tablespoons
  3. Condensed milk -2-Tablespoons
  4. Whipped cream -1/4-Cup
  5. Rose syrup -1-Tablespoons
  6. Beetroot juice -1-Tablespoons
  7. Gelatin -1-Tablespoons
  8. Chopped kiwi -1/2-Cup
  9. Sugar-1-Cup
  10. Almond -2-Tablespoons


  1. Heat milk in a pan then add thandai powder, condensed milk ,whipped cream , sugar ,Rose syrup ,beetroot juice and stir it.
  2. Soak gelatine ia bowl into 2 tbsp water for 10 minutes .
  3. Put the milk into small container and put it in refrigerator for 3hours
  4. Grind chopped kiwi in a grinder. Then add it in a pan , add sugar and cook it for 5 minutes.
  5. Demould the Panna Cotta in a plate and decorate it with kiwi glaze and caramel almond and served it.
