ABOUT Rose Panna Cotta with Rose Compote RECIPE

I am presenting today rose Panna cotta with rose compote, I have not used artificial colour in this recipe, infact I have used rose petals for the flavor, hope uou all will like my little innovation.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup milk
  2. 1/2 cup condensed milk
  3. 1 cup amul cream
  4. 1 cup rose petals
  5. 1/2 cup sugar + 1/4 cup water
  6. 1 tablespoon gelatin + 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. First of all wash and chop 1/4th cup of rose petals from 1 cup of rose petals and keep it aside.
  2. Next soak the gelatin in 1/4 cup of water and keep it aside.
  3. Now add milk, condensed milk, and cream in a nonstick pan and boil it. Then lower the flame.
  4. Now put the soaked gelatin in boiling milk and mix it properly so that gelatin mixes with the milk properly.
  5. Now put chopped rose petals in it and cook for few seconds and turn off the flame. Then pour them in molds and put it in the fridge for 2 hours.
  6. For rose compote :- take a pan and add 1/2 cup of sugar in 1/4 of cup water and add leftover rose petals and let it boil till the colour of rose petals changes. When the rose petals become soft and sugar melts properly put of the flame. Your rose compote is ready.
  7. Now to serve panna cotta. Take out the mold of panna cotta from the fridge and demold it with the help of a knife, garnish it with the rose compote and serve chilled.
