Rose Phirni

Ingredients to make Rose Phirni

  • 1 litre milk
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • sugar as per taste
  • 2 tsp rose syrup
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • pistachios to garnish
  • rose petal to garnish

How to make Rose Phirni

  1. Soak the rice for 1 hour and grind it in a blender.
  2. Boil the milk and add the rice paste. Then add the rose syrup and rose water. Add sugar and keep stirring as the milk begins to thicken.
  3. When the desired consistency is reached turn off the stove. Let it cool on its own.
  4. Garnish with pistachios and keep it in the refrigerator.
  5. Serve it chilled with a garnish of rose petals.

My Tip:

Blend it well if Ice crystals form.
