Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Milk- 1/2- ltr
  2. Sugar- 1/4- cup
  3. Custard powder- 1- tbsp
  4. Fruits(banana, apple, grapes, pomegranate, mango)- 1- cup
  5. Vanilla extract- 1- tsp
  6. Saffron leaves- 1- nos
  7. Dry fruits- 1/2- cup

Instructions

  1. In A Heavy Bottom Pan Heat Milk,Add Sugar
  2. Mix 1 Tbsp Custard Powder With 1 Tbsp Milk Taken From 1/2 Lit. Milk, To Form A Paste
  3. Add Custard Paste Slowly To Boiling Milk, Stirring Continuously For 1-2 Minutes
  4. Let It Cool And Add Fruits
  5. Garnish it with some dry fruits
