Little chocolates filled with caramel and crunchy peanuts.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 70 gms peanut butter (crunchy)
  2. 200 gram dark chocolate
  3. 20 gram icing sugar
  4. 12 gram cocoa powder
  5. 7 gram caramel


  1. Mix the peanut butter, icing sugar and cocoa powder to make a dough.
  2. Next, melt the chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
  3. For the shell, fill the mould with chocolate and let it set for a few minutes. Quickly turn the mould upside down and let the unset chocolate fall on a foil paper. Use a palate knife to remove the excess chocolate. Then keep the mould in the freezer for 10 mins.
  4. Make small balls and place it on a foil paper, then keep it in the freezer for 30 mins. Now add the caramel and peanut balls in your shell and close the shell with melted chocolate. Carefully remove the excess chocolate with the help of a palate knife.
  5. Keep this tray in the freezer for 30 mins.
  6. Now your chocolates are ready to be served.
