Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Grated yellow pumpkin 1 cup
  2. 1 small sized boiled potato
  3. 2 green chillies
  4. 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  5. 1 tbsp corn flour
  6. 1 tbsp rice flour
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 tsp pepper powder
  9. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  10. 1/2 tsp lime juice
  11. 2 tbsp oil to shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Microwave the grated yellow pumpkin for 3-4 minutes with 2 tbsp of water. Then remove it after 4 minutes.
  2. Keep it aside to cool, then add the boiled potato, chopped onion, green chilli, salt, pepper powder, garam masala, lime juice, rice flour and corn starch.
  3. Mix well and divide into equal parts, then make tiki shapes from them. Next, roll them in bread crumbs and keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  4. Heat a pan, add oil to shallow fry the cutlets till they are golden brown in colour on a low flame.
  5. Serve them hot for best taste.
