Amazing delicious n quick high protein boiled recipe..lets make it yummy n spicy...

Ingredients Serving: 4

Boiled egg : 4
Refined oil as needed
Onion:3 medium (grind)
tomatoes : 4 (pureed)
ginger Garlic Paste : 1 tsp
cinnamon stick :2 small
Cardamon n cloves :6
Red chilli powder : 3 tsp
Amchoor pw:1/2 tsp
Green chilly :2
Corainder pw :1 tsp
turmeric pw : 1/2 tsp
Garam masala pw : 1/2 tsp
Corainder leaves : few
Fennel seeds : 1/4 tsp
water : 1 cup
salt to taste.

Instructions

Place a deep bottom pan, pour oil, make slit in boiled eggs n fry till brown..Remove egg n set aside.
Heat a sauce pan add 2 tsg oil add whole spices lik cardamon clove ,cinnamon n fennel seeds n fry lil.
Add onion paste to it n cook till raw smell disappeares.
Then add chopped green chilly n gg paste stir n saute for 1 min.
Add dried pw spices to it.
Then add tomato puree.
Add 1 cup water n allow to boil , once the gravy thickens add boiled eggs.
Finally add garam masala pw n amchoor pw n stir fr a min.
Adjust salt to this level.
Turn off n garnish with corainder.
