Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For the neer dosa:
  2. Raw rice 2 cups
  3. Grated coconut 1 cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Other Ingredients:
  6. Finely chopped watermelon 1 cup
  7. oil

Instructions

  1. Soak the raw rice in water for 2 hours.
  2. Grind the grated coconut in the grinder first. After 5 minutes add in the soaked raw rice.
  3. Grind to form a smooth batter and add salt while grinding it. The batter should not be too thin.
  4. Next, add watermelon into the batter and mix it well.
  5. Heat a tawa, then add oil. Once the tawa is heated, pour in the batter and roast on a low flame. Cover it with a lid.
  6. Flip the dosa carefully and roast it on the other side as well.
  7. Serve it hot.
