Ingredients to make Kanoli

  • rice kun 1 cup
  • Fresh coconut milk 1 tin
  • 1 Big cucumber, grated
  • sugar as per taste
  • ghee as required
  • Condensed milk 1/2 tin
  • malai / amul fresh cream 1 pack

How to make Kanoli

  1. Cook all the ingredients together, mix nicely till the rice kun is cooked put it on a dum on medium flame and mix nicely.
  2. Transfer it in a baking dish and bake till golden brown.
  3. Let it cool then slices and serve.

My Tip:

Make sure the rice is well cooked and soft. You can also just pan fry it on gas if cannot bake.
