Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Amul fresh cream : 2 cups - 500 gms
  2. Compound chocolate : 350 gms


  1. Pour cream in a thick bottom pan and keep it on a medium high flame and stir occasionally.
  2. When bubbles appear from the sides. Turn off the flame.
  3. Put the chocolate pieces in it and let it remain like this for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Now start stirring it with a spoon. Chocolate will start melting after 5 minutes. Keep it on a low flame, stirring continuously till all the chocolate is melted. Now let it cool completely.
  5. Now keep it in the fridge for couple of hours, it will start getting thicker.
  6. Chocolate cream is ready to use.
  7. It can be used as a topping on ice creams, sundaes, pancakes or it can be used for making chocolate coconut ladoo also.
