Choco Coconut Pops

Ingredients to make Choco Coconut Pops

  • coconut powder 1 cup
  • Condensed milk half a tin
  • Cocoa powder 1tbsp
  • butter 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Parle G biscuits 1 pack
  • Chocolate sprinkles to decorate. You can decorate it as per your liking.

How to make Choco Coconut Pops

  1. In a sauce mix the cocoa powder butter and milk.
  2. Mix it well and simmer on low flame stirring it continuously for about 5 mins.
  3. Let it cool down.
  4. Powder the biscuits in a food processor or using a rolling pin.
  5. Meanwhile mix the other ingredients in a bowl and finally add this cocoa butter mix.
  6. Let it set for a few minutes in the fridge (atleast 30 mins)
  7. After 30 mins insert the skewers or the lollipop sticks or the icecream sticks and decorate it as per your liking.

My Tip:

Do not use fresh coconut. Only dry dessicated coconut powder is highly recommended by me.
