Ingredients to make Coconut cookies

  • 1 1/2 cup maida
  • 1/2 cup sugar powder
  • 1/2 Cup butter
  • 1/2 cup Desiccated coconut
  • 2 drops of rose essence
  • 1 tsp Baking powder

How to make Coconut cookies

  1. Sieve maida and baking powder
  2. Blend butter and sugar till light and fluffy
  3. Add all the ingredients together and make a soft dough
  4. Flatten down this dough in 1/2 inch on a working board
  5. Cut this flatten dough in your desired shape
  6. Preheat the microwave on 180 degree on convection mode
  7. Place these cookies on the baking tray
  8. Bake it for 10-12 minutes
  9. Take them out and place them in wire rack and let them cool down completely
  10. When these cookies cool down keep them in airtight jars and enjoy them with your tea and coffee

My Tip:

Dont make the dough very soft otherwise the cookies will not be crunchy
