Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup soaked sabudana
  2. 1 boiled potato diced
  3. 1 tbsp chopped green chili
  4. 1 tbsp peanuts roasted and coarsely pounded
  5. 1/2tsp cumin seed
  6. 1 sprig curry leaves
  7. Salt as taste
  8. I tbsp lemon juice
  9. 1 tsp sugar
  10. 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Wash saboondana till water clears. Soak In Water for half an hour.
  2. Drain in a colander and cover it for an hour.
  3. Mix saboondana peanuts salt and sugar and boiled potato very well.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan and add zeera green chili and curry leaves and crackle it for a second add sabodana mixture into the pan and cook it on a low flame for 2 minutes.
  5. Take it off the heat and add the lemon juice and mix well and garnish with green coriander.
  6. Serve the khichdi with sweeten yogurt.
