I always made this khicdi for my little brother espacially with mayonnaise it give good taste togheter and every one loves it.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cups sabudana
  2. 1 cup boiled chopped aalu
  3. 1/2 cup peanuts
  4. 2 tablespoon oil
  5. 1 teaspoon jeera
  6. 1 tablespoon haldi
  7. 2 tablespoon salt
  8. 1 Tablespoon Garam Masala
  9. 2 tablespoon squeezed lemon


  1. Soak sabudana and water into a bowl for around 1 1/2 hour and leave it.
  2. Now after the sabudana doubled in sized strain it and keep aside
  3. Now put oil into a pan and add jeera and peanuts and saute it
  4. Now add boiled potatoes and cook it for 5 minutes.
  5. Now add sabudana and mix well and add haldi, garam masala, and salt and cook for 10 minutes more. At the last add lemon and mix
  6. Your khichdi is ready.
