ABOUT Coconut Ladu RECIPE

This is one the traditional Bengali sweets.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 Coconut
  2. 2-3 cardamom pdr
  3. 250 gm Jaggery
  4. 50gm kaju cut into pieces
  5. 50gm kishmish
  6. 100 white til seeds
  7. 3 tsp ghee

Instructions

  1. Take Grated coconut and add jaggery into it.
  2. Roast til and keep aside.
  3. In a kadahai, put 1 tsp ghee and fry kaju.
  4. Add grated coconut and jaggery mixture into it.
  5. Put left over ghee in it and stir till it becomes sticky.
  6. Remove the mixture from stove and make balls by rolling in your palm.
  7. Use roasted til for coating the balls. Your coconut laddus are ready to serve.
