Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Mince mutton 500gm
  2. Curd 200gm
  3. Chilli powder or green chillies paste about 2 tbsp.
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Garam masala powder a tbsp
  6. Onions fried about 3 large
  7. Coriander leaves chopped a handful
  8. Ginger garlic paste a tbsp
  9. Oil about 2 tbsp
  10. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  11. Cashewnut paste about 3 tbsp. Soak the cashews in water and grind it into a smooth paste.

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil and saute the mince with all the ingredients on low flame except the onions.
  2. Deep fry the onions and keep aside.
  3. Let the mince simmer on low flame until done.
  4. After the curd and the masalas get cooked well, add the fried onions and the cashewnut paste.
  5. Mix well and cover the pot.
  6. Let it simmer on low flame for 10 mins.
  7. After about 10 mins, uncover and on high flame stir it well until the water dries.
  8. Keep the consistency according to your preference and switch off the gas.
  9. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with naan or plain rice.
