ABOUT Nutty vermicelli RECIPE

Vermicelli with coconut flavour.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 1/2 liter full cream milk
  2. 250 gm vermicelli
  3. 2 cup coconut milk
  4. 1 cup greated coconut
  5. 200 gms sugar
  6. 2 tbsp ghee
  7. Some dry fruits and dry rose petals

Instructions

  1. First boil the milk and reduce a little.
  2. Put a pan on flame, add ghee and roast the vermicelli in it.
  3. Put vermicelli in the boiling milk and cook it till its done.
  4. Add sugar and grated coconut.
  5. It becomes thick, add coconut milk and just boil.
  6. Let it cool down then if you like it chilled. Keep it in the fridge.
  7. Garnish with grated coconut and roasted dry fruits.
