Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Fresh or dessicated coconut 1.5cup
  2. Semolina 1 cup
  3. Oats 1/2 cup
  4. Fresh heavy milk 1 1/2cup
  5. Curd 1cup
  6. Baking powder 1.5 tbsp
  7. Butter/oil 1/2 cup
  8. Elaichi powder 1tbsp
  9. Maida 1 cup
  10. Powdered Sugar 1 1/2 cup
  11. Fresh juice of sweet lime /orange
  12. Coconut flakes 1tbsp
  13. Almond flakes 1tbsp
  14. Kishmish 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 175 degree centigrade for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix all the ingredients with a light hand. Fold in the ingredients.
  3. Grease and pour in the baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle some coconut flakes, sliced almonds and kishmish on the top.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
