ABOUT Corn Bread Bowls RECIPE

Bread bowls with masala mayo corn filling.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 breads
  2. 2 cups boiled corn
  3. 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  4. salt as per taste
  5. Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Thyme 1 tsp
  7. Butter 1 tbsp
  8. Basil leave for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Cut off the sides of the bread and cut into 4 parts.
  2. Flatten them with the rolling pin.
  3. In a big bowl, mix corn, butter, mayonnaise, salt, paprika and thyme.
  4. Set the 4 bread slices in a muffin mould by overlapping to give the shape of a bowl and bake for 5 minutes in a preheated oven.
  5. Stuff with corn and bake again for another 1 minute.
  6. Serve hot with ketchup and garnish with basil, masala corn.
