ABOUT Panchratan RECIPE

My Mother's recipe. A healthy sweet dish, energetic, perfect for breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Coconut powder - 1 tbsp
  2. Chopped almonds - 10
  3. Gond - 1 tbsp
  4. Bura or sugar - 1 tbsp
  5. Black pepper - 7
  6. Ghee for frying gond

Instructions

  1. First heat the pan, add ghee and fry the gond. Keep the gond in a plate.
  2. Saute black pepper and almonds in some ghee.
  3. Take a bowl, mix in all the ingredients, roasted almonds, black pepper, fried gond, coconut powder and sugar or bura.
  4. Serve it with a glass of hot milk.
