ABOUT Coconut Ice cream RECIPE

It is made by left over coconut burfi and coconut milk.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 litre milk
  2. 6 pieces coconut burfi
  3. 1 cup Coconut Milk
  4. 1/2 tin condensed milk (milk maid)
  5. Chocolate syrup for garnish
  6. 1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, put milk, coconut milk, coconut burfi and cook for 20 minutes.
  2. Add condensed milk and cook for 5 minutes more. Turn off the flame and let it cool down.
  3. Add vanilla essence and blend it.
  4. Keep this mixture in the freezer for set. Serve chilled.
