Ingredients to make Mango coconut ice cream

  • 1/4 kg ripe mango pulp
  • 1/4 ltr coconut milk
  • 1/4 kg sugar
  • 1/4 kg wippening cream
  • 1/4 cup of coconut powder

How to make Mango coconut ice cream

  1. Heat in pan pour coconut milk keep stirring
  2. Add sugar keep stir until it's melt and gets thick keep a side
  3. Mean while take a bowl put wippening cream.coconut powder.mango pulp
  4. Wisk nicely add Coconut sugar milk
  5. Pour container close it keep refrigerator 6 hours in a freezer
  6. Take a cup serve as mango peices cool cool

My Tip:

It can add drifruits also
