How to make Homemade bounty bars

  1. Mix the grated coconut and condensed milk well.
  2. Using a cookie cutter or by hand , shape into squares or rectangles of size of your choice. You can even roll them into balls.
  3. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours or until set.
  4. Chop the chocolate and melt in microwave or using a double boiler.
  5. Let the chocolate cool for a few minutes
  6. Working fast , dip each coconut - condensed milk square or ball into the melted chocolate , remove and place on parchment.

My Tip:

You can use milk chocolate if you wish. For best results , try to squeeze out the coconut so its as dry as possible.
