Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken breast cut into thin strips
  2. Cornflour 2-3 tablespoons
  3. Eggs 2
  4. Ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoons
  5. Red chilli flakes 1 teaspoons
  6. Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil for deep frying
  9. For sauce:
  10. Crushed garlic 8 pods
  11. Tomato sauce 2 Tablespoon
  12. Red chilli paste 1 teaspoon
  13. Honey 2 tablespoon
  14. Spring onion chopped 1 bunch
  15. Oil 1 tablespoon
  16. Toasted sesame seeds 1/2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken strips, cornflour, ginger-garlic paste, chilli flakes, lemon juice, eggs, salt, and marinate it for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan, add chicken, one piece at a time. Fry a few pieces at a time until golden for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Drain on paper towels. And repeat the same with the rest of chicken strips.
  3. Meanwhile heat oil in another pan and add crushed garlic. Saute it for 2 minutes, add tomato, chilli sauce and honey. Simmer gently on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add fried chicken strips and chopped spring onions, and toss continuously on high flame for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds and serve hot.
