Ingredients to make Fruity Choco Vase

  • Amul Dark Chocolate 75 grams.
  • Amul Mystic Mocha Chocolate 75 grams
  • Amul Milk Chocolate 50 grams
  • Cocoa butter 2 tsp
  • Icing sugar 2 tbsp
  • Amul Fresh cream 1 tbsp
  • apple 1
  • banana 1 (big)
  • Golden Kiwi 2
  • sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  • coconut powder 1 tbsp

How to make Fruity Choco Vase

  1. Cut and mix all the chocolates. Put in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 30 seconds. Stir in cocoa butter and icing sugar. If not melted, microwave again for 10 seconds. Add in fresh cream.
  2. Cut fruits in a little big bites. Now dip them in chocolate mixture one by one checking the temperature. Spread them on wax paper. Cover the bowl with foil and put in refrigerator.
  3. After one hour take out, insert in the bamboo sticks and roll in sesame coconut mix. Garnish with sprinkles. Put again in fridge and allow to harden. Serve as an after dinner sweet.
