Ingredients to make Choco coco delight

  • Grated coconut 1/2 cup
  • mawa/khoya or reduced milk 3/4 cup
  • Paneer or cottage cheese 1 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • sugar 1/4 cup or to taste
  • cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
  • Chocolate fudge spread as required

How to make Choco coco delight

  1. Grind the grated coconut and keep aside.
  2. Grind reduced milk and cottage cheese together and make a smooth paste.
  3. Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan. Add the coconut and cook on low flame, stir occasionally.
  4. When the mixture dries up add reduced milk, cottage cheese paste and sugar. Add 1-2 teaspoon less. Taste after mixing, add more if required.
  5. Cook on low flame. Keep stirring till the mixture dried up. Mixture shouldn't be completely dried up. It should be a smooth and soft texture.
  6. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
  7. Let it cool. Knead with your finger tips to make it more smooth.
  8. Take chocolate moulds. Fill the moulds half with the mixture.
  9. Put 1/4 teaspoon chocolate fudge spread on it.
  10. Now fill the moulds with coconut reduced milk and cottage cheese mixture. Press lightly.
  11. Keep the moulds in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  12. Demould carefully and serve.
