Ingredients to make Peanut Ferrero Rocher

  • 100 gms milk chocolate
  • 3/4 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tbsp milk powder
  • 25 gms roasted and crushed peanuts
  • 20 gms cashews
  • 3/4 cup melted milk chocolate

How to make Peanut Ferrero Rocher

  1. First dry roast peanuts, remove top layer and crush the nuts.
  2. Melt 100 grams milk chocolate and add butter. Remove from flame and add milk powder and crushed peanuts. Mix well.
  3. Take some ferrero rocher shells and fill 3/4 of the shell with the above chocolate mixture.
  4. And refrigerate for 5 minutes and take it out.
  5. Join the two shells using melted chocolate till it sticks to each other and keep aside for a few minutes.
  6. Meanwhile take 3/4 cup melted milk chocolate and add small cashew pieces. (Cut cashews into tiny pieces).
  7. Dip the shells in cashew chocolate mixture and roll it using a spoon till it coats completely. Set aside on butter paper.
  8. Homemade ferrerorocher is ready.

My Tip:

If you want variation in chocolate you can replace with milk chocolate with dark chocolate for outer layer. I love dark chocolate so I used that. Do not roast the peanuts to much. The taste becomes different.
