ABOUT Guilt Free Pasta RECIPE

Healthy diet white sauce pasta without cheese and maida.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 100 gms Durum Wheat Pasta or Whole wheat pasta.
  2. 1/2 cup medium cut Red Bellpepper
  3. 1/2 Cup medium cut Yellow Bellpepper
  4. Handful yellow corn
  5. 1/2 cup broccoli
  6. Finley chopped Parsley
  7. 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
  8. 1 teaspoon olive oil
  9. 2 tablespoon finely powdered roasted oats
  10. 1 cup milk
  11. Sugar, Salt & Pepper
  12. Garlic powder & Chilliflakes (optional)


  1. Boil the pasta in salt water and rinse them and keep aside.
  2. Heat a pan and add olive oil.
  3. Add ground oats and let it roast for a bit.
  4. Add milk to it and stir it for a minute.
  5. As the milk starts to heat, add the veggies and stir.
  6. Add salt & pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar.
  7. Let the stock reduce to sauce consistency. Add more oats powder to thicken your sauce.
  8. Add pasta and mix well. Add mixed herbs and parsley.
  9. Enjoy your Guilt Free Pasta
