ABOUT Raw Papaya Halwa RECIPE

This is normal indian sweet. But it is good for stomach. Means healthy sweet made by raw papaya.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 raw papaya (peeled & grated)
  2. 500 ml milk
  3. 1 cup sugar or as per your taste
  4. 1 cup mawa (khoya)
  5. 1/4 cup chopped almond
  6. 1 Black cardamom seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat milk in a big wok. Add in the grated papaya and stir continuously still papaya is not tender but almost cooked.
  2. Add mawa (khoya). Stir continuously.
  3. Add sugar, almond and black cardamom seed.
  4. Cook for a few minutes till the sugar melts and begins to take thick halwa form.
  5. Garnish with almonds and serve.
