ABOUT Chocolate Donut RECIPE

Made it from all purpose flour.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. All purpose flour 2 cup
  2. Milk 3/4 cup
  3. Butter 1/2 cup
  4. Sugar 2 tbsp
  5. Dry active yeast 1/2 tsp
  6. Oil for frying
  7. For the Donut glaze: 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  8. 100 gm brown chocolate
  9. 100 gm white chocolate

Instructions

  1. For dough: Take warm milk, add yeast and leave it for 10 minutes.
  2. Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, sugar and knead it by using the warm yeast milk.
  3. Make donut shape by mould or by hand.
  4. Deep fry in hot oil. When slightly browned, keep on a tissue paper to drain excess oil.
  5. When slightly warm, cover it with sugar powder.
  6. Glaze it with brown and white melted chocolate.
  7. Add dry fruit to garnish.
