Ingredients to make Italian curry

  • Diced zucchini 1 cup
  • Diced carrot 1 cup
  • Diced babycorn 1/2 cup
  • Small florets of broccoli 1/2cup
  • Basil leaves 7
  • 2 green chillies
  • coconut milk 250 ml
  • Cheese or paneer 1/2 cup
  • butter 1 and 1/2 tablespoon
  • salt to taste

How to make Italian curry

  1. First grind green chillies and basil with coconut milk make sure no particles of chillies remain, can alter the proportion of chillies.
  2. In a pan take butter, saute all the veggies.
  3. Add salt and coconut milk let it simmer for 5 min.
  4. Now add cheese or paneer and again simmer it in low flame for 5 more mins consistency should be like thicker than curry.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve with garlic or herbed bread.
